I have been in the real estate industry for over 10 years. I have my Florida real estate broker's license.  My focus is the Tampa Bay area market and have lived in Florida for over 30 years. I am committed to providing the best service by building long term relationships with my clients.  My experience encompasses working in general real estate representing sellers and buyers, foreclosures, short sales, commercial real estate, bulk sales, on site sales with luxury builders, running my own new home sales center for builders as well as performing BPOS. My vast array of experiences enables me to undertand marketplace trends, negotiating with builders for new construction, REOS, commercial real estate and listing properties. My most recent experience was selling at WCI - the Westshore Yacht Club before transitioning back to general real estate. My  experience is in residential and commercial properties from $100k to over $4 million.   Areas covered:  Tampa Bay area including Bayshore, Westchase, West Tampa, Highland Park, Waterchase, South Tampa, Harbour Island, Davis Islands, Channelside, Westshore Yacht Club, Clearwater and the beaches.
